As the General Contractor, we oversee the execution and construction of projects. We collaborate with the team during the entire lifespan of a project to minimize many of the issues around material ordering, availability, installation, and project completion. The McFate Group provides all construction services necessary to construct the building.  Services includes the following:

• Conduct meetings with trade contractors and Architect
• Obtain all required permits
• Administer subcontracts
• Procure and manage site survey and testing services
• Mobilize site and temporary facilities, utilities and security
• Manage site construction trades
• Prepare daily reports
• Request, receive, review and transmit submittals
• Conduct regular progress meetings
• Prepare progress meeting minutes
• Update schedule
• Conduct regular safety meetings
• Perform quality review and inspections
• Take progress photographs
• Track costs
• Prepare cash flow analysis
• Update cost projections
• Report to Owner regarding safety, budget, schedule, and progress
• Process and review pay requests
• Collect lien waivers and disburse funds promptly
• Monitor project for safety and quality
• Administer a claims/dispute resolution process, if necessary
• Obtain the certificate of occupancy
• Complete all punch list items
• Prepare as-built drawings and warranties
